The office is situated in Market House, behind the Lusitania memorial in Casement Square. The building is clearly sign posted while walking from the cruise terminal or train station. Market House building is full of history. Built in 1851 it was originally the Town Hall and later a court house. During the Lusitania tragedy in 1915 Market House served as a temporary morgue.
